Pancakes were delicious! Service was time perfect. Scrambled eggs could have been less dry.

Waitress was amazing- friendly and on top of everything but not overbearing. Seated quickly and reasonable wait time for food. I'll be back! French toast with strawberries, banana and whipped cream! Western omelet with homefries and corned beef hash- crispy!😊 Hot coffee that waitress kept topped off even though there wasn't a free table in the place! Ate so quickly forgot about a pic but trust me it was all good!😇😍

We stopped in for brunch on a Saturday morning. The menu has a wide selection and you had your pick of anything. It was also packed but we didn't wait long for a table for four. Our server was nice and our plates came out from the kitchen quickly. The food was excellent and the portions are very large. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

The service is always phenomenal. The food comes out quickly and never disappoints. There are two other diners around, but this one takes the cake. Will be visiting again soon :)

Fantastic!!Our first time here and it WON'T be the last! Our server Elisabeth was great. She took the time to explain the specials and kept the coffee cups full until we had our fill! The food was excellent. 2 of us had the delicious eggs, home fries, biscuit with sausage gravy. The other had the pulled pork omelet, and while is wasn't exactly what we expected, it was still delicious! Can't wait to go back again to experience non breakfast items... the sounded wonderful!

The food was good, the restaurant was very busy and it took too long to get refills on coffee, silverware, napkins. We ordered Eggs Benedict and it was very good and hot.

Sory, I don't know that place but must say for "Google translator" that : "They are two other diners around, but it takes the cake" (please, see Christina PhoenixOWL's comments) would be translated in French by "Il y a deux autres restaurants dans le coin mais celui-ci remporte le ponpon !" It sems to me. See you !

1st time there and probably the last. The service was good but the food was awful. Greek omelette had very little feta and was tasteless. My wife's "hollandaise " sauce tasted like wall paper paste. It makes me wonder when your food comes out in less than 5 minutes about the prep- the homefries and hash had been sitting for a while and were warmed up. Said to say, but probably the worst breakfast I have ever had to pay for.

Its been a minute since my family has been here, but we love this place and the owners are so sweet! Deserts are homemade by the owners mom, we call her mama. She is the sweetest woman. Food is delicious and very affordable. I def. recommended this restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My girlfriends and I went for breakfast. The sausages were so good we asked where they came from. PA by the way. The coffee was delicious. The service made us decide to go there every time we visit Schenectady.

Establishment is clean and the service is prompt and fast. Their menu doesnt offer a lot of speciality breakfast items but you get your food fast. Awesome place for a quick bite.

My family has been going to the Colonie Diner for over 23 years. I've never walked out of there dissatisfied! The best part are the hugs from Aphrodite. The owners are like family.

Went in a party of 3, from the outside it looked pack, we were seated in matter of minutes. The waitress was busy but friendly, we had coffee and water within minutes. She took our food order with no problem. We had our meals rather quickly. I would have to say we were in and out under an hour. I would go back without a second thought. If the management is reading this, thank you.

The hostess at this restaurant is the best one we have ever had! Shes courteous, funny, and extremely personable. Food is always good.

Aphrodite is sweet and attentive as usual & even held onto my refillable water bottle that I forgot last visit & when I I came in this time, it was filled with nice cold water with ice, just the way I like it!My favorite breakfast place in Colonie! They are like family!
